Service

Maahes AI provides workflow automation, social media assistance, engagement management, and related AI-assisted services for local businesses. Features may change as the service evolves.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of content you submit or approve.
• You must only connect accounts that you are authorized to manage.
• You must comply with applicable laws and third-party platform rules, including Meta and Instagram policies.

AI-Assisted Output

Maahes AI may generate drafts, recommendations, or summaries. You are responsible for reviewing and approving output before publishing or relying on it for business decisions.

Connected Accounts

If you connect Meta, Instagram, or other third-party accounts, you authorize Maahes AI to access and process account data only as needed to provide the features you choose. You can disconnect accounts or request data deletion as described in our policies.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Maahes AI to send spam, impersonate others, violate privacy rights, infringe intellectual property, bypass platform restrictions, or engage in unlawful or harmful activity.

Limitation of Liability

Maahes AI is provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
