Approval before publishing
Maahes prepares AI-assisted content for the user to review. Authorized auto-posting occurs only after the user approves the content and only on an eligible account or Page the user has explicitly connected and is authorized to manage.
Connected social accounts
Instagram and Facebook publishing connections are handled through guided onboarding. Maahes requests only the platform permissions needed for the features the user chooses. Maahes does not ask for or store Instagram or Facebook passwords.
Information use
Maahes may process the information a user provides, along with authorized connected-account information needed to deliver selected workflows. The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information, purposes of use, service-provider sharing, retention, and user choices in more detail.
User control and responsibility
- The user chooses which available workflows to configure.
- The user authorizes and can disconnect supported connected accounts.
- The user reviews AI-assisted output for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance.
- The user decides whether an output is ready to use or publish.
Deletion requests
Users can request deletion by following the Data Deletion Instructions or emailing neo@maahes.ca. The deletion page explains what is deleted, timing, and how to disconnect Meta or Instagram access.
