You can request deletion of your Maahes AI account data and connected social account data at any time.
How to Request Deletion
- Email neo@maahes.ca from the email address associated with your Maahes AI account.
- Use the subject line: Maahes AI data deletion request.
- Include the Instagram, Facebook, or business account names you want disconnected or deleted.
What We Delete
After verifying the request, we delete or de-identify account records, connected account tokens, stored social engagement items, workflow notes, and related service data unless we are required to retain limited records for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Timing
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days after verification. We may contact you if more information is needed to identify the correct account.
Disconnecting Meta or Instagram
You can also remove Maahes AI access from your Meta or Instagram account settings. Disconnecting access stops future data access, but you should still contact us if you want previously stored Maahes AI data deleted.
